they can be easily cleaned with a special cloth or simple methods (e.g., baking soda).
Silver may also tarnish, but it can be restored by polishing. They are coated
with a special microcrystalline wax that prolongs their life and shine.
No, they don’t rust. Brass and alpaca simply acquire a natural patina.

I usually ship within 1–3 business days if the jewelry is in stock.
Delivery time depends on the region and courier. If the jewelry is made to order based on existing designs, I will need an additional 2–5 days.

What happens if the jewelry arrives damaged or defective?

lifespan.
