Shipping Methods

In our online store, shipments are carried out via SPEEDEX and BOX NOW, so you can choose the method that suits you best. Below you will find detailed information about the cost and delivery time.

SPEEDEX Shipping

SPEEDEX serves shipments throughout Greece, directly to the address you provide during your order.

Shipping cost:

  • Within the same city: €3.50
  • City to city (mainland Greece): €4.00
  • To island Greece: €4.50
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas: additional €1.50

Delivery time:
1–3 business days. For hard-to-reach areas, an additional 1–2 business days may be required.

BOX NOW Shipping

The BOX NOW service allows you to pick up your package at any time from the Automatic Parcel Collection Machine (APM) of your choice.

Shipping cost (depending on package size):

  • Small package: €2.00
  • Medium package: €2.20
  • Large package: €3.50

Additional charge for island destinations:

  • Small package: +€0.30
  • Medium package: +€0.90
  • Large package: +€1.50

Delivery time:

  • Mainland Greece: next-day delivery
  • Island Greece: within 2 business days

BOX NOW Collection Process

  1. Upon completing the order, the customer selects the Automatic Parcel Collection Machine (APM) that suits them.
  2. They receive via email or SMS all the necessary information for collecting their order, as well as a personal PIN code.
  3. They visit the selected APM, enter the code, and the locker opens automatically so they can collect their package.
  4. The collection machines operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering complete flexibility and convenience.

General Information

  • Orders are shipped after payment is confirmed or product availability is verified.
  • Delivery days are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).
  • During periods of increased volume (sales, holidays, strikes), minor delays may occur.
  • You will receive an SMS with the tracking number to monitor your package.
